Turbocharge your cellphone

Sweden and Norway are competing with each other to be the first nation in Europe to offer turbocharged cellphones services, where consumers are able to download content off the Internet at stunning speeds which reach a whopping one hundred times faster compared to the fastest existing network. Sounds good in theory, but will there be enough bandwidth to go around with everyone downloading stuff like crazy when it is adopted by the mass market? Another interesting point to look at would be the price - will it be affordable enough for the masses?
