The Portable Interactive Display concept could potentially be a staple among architects and those who are involved in building design, as it allows one to carry building plans wherever they are as faraway as they’re stored in a digital format. The suitcase profile factor will hold all the relevant parts and components needed to construct an interactive touch surface on virtually any large and bright table - as towering as it is big ample, of course. An ultra short throw projector is able to supply a 60″ projection on virtually any bright surface, and when combined with a vision based tracking system, it enables touch input to be detected on the same surface. The software provided has been specially programmed to capture images and CAD drawings while displaying them on the surface.
